The People Spoke: Bullfish Bistro Keeps Restaurant Week Going
Bullfish Bistro is keeping the good times rolling — and diners are the real winners.
After a standout showing during Restaurant Week, Bullfish Bistro is officially extending their Restaurant Week menu into this week, giving guests another chance to experience one of the most talked-about menus of the season. At $45 per person, the offering delivers bold flavors, generous portions, and the kind of comfort food that keeps people coming back.
The menu opens strong with appetizers that reflect Bullfish’s signature island-inspired approach. Guests can start with the Honey Pepper Chicken Bites, hand-cut, lightly battered, fried to a crisp, and tossed in a sticky honey pepper glaze that hits just right. The Coconut Shrimp arrives golden and crunchy, paired with an island dipping sauce, while the Haitian Griot offers crispy marinated pork bites, slow-cooked and fried until perfectly golden. For something warm and soulful, the Soup Joumou — a traditional Haitian pumpkin soup simmered with vegetables and warm spices — delivers comfort in every spoonful.
Entrées are where Bullfish Bistro truly shines. The Creole Crown Snapper features a blackened red snapper filet finished with a creamy crawfish sauce and served over buttered spaghetti — rich, indulgent, and unmistakably Louisiana. A house favorite, the Signature Beef Oxtails, are slow-braised until fork-tender, deeply caramelized, and simmered in a rich island brown gravy. The Ascension Bourbon Chicken brings bourbon-glazed drumsticks alongside sweet potato soufflé and lightly sautéed spinach, while the Filet Medallion Tips and Grits deliver seared filet tips over creamy stone-ground grits, finished with a savory brown pan gravy.
Dessert is non-negotiable here. Diners can choose between the Midnight Fudge Brownie, served warm with vanilla bean ice cream for a deeply chocolate-forward finish, or the White Chocolate Bread Pudding, rich, comforting, and topped with a Jamaican rum sauce that ties everything together beautifully.
With bold flavors, cultural influences, and a menu that clearly resonated with guests, it’s no surprise Bullfish Bistro decided to extend their Restaurant Week offerings. If you missed it the first time — or loved it so much you want to go back — this extension is your sign. Reservations are encouraged, and plates are still coming out hot.
