Burger Week is officially starting to take shape, and we’re kicking off our participant spotlights with a Baton Rouge destination where you can work up an appetite before you ever sit down to eat.

Court to Table is joining DIG’s Burger Week, running October 19–31, and if you haven’t made your way over yet, consider this your reason to change that.

Part restaurant, part pickleball destination and part social hangout, Court to Table was built around a pretty simple idea: eat, play and have a good time.

Pickleball Meets a Night Out

The team behind Court to Table describes themselves as “a group of picklers and fun-havers” who saw pickleball taking off everywhere they looked.

Their friends were playing. Their parents were playing. Their kids were playing.

So, they decided Baton Rouge needed a place where experienced players, complete beginners and people who would rather watch with food and a drink in hand could all hang out together.

The result is Court to Table, a concept that combines indoor and outdoor pickleball courts with dining and a packed calendar of social activities.

And you definitely don’t have to consider yourself a pickleball player to find a reason to go.

There’s Almost Always Something Happening

One of the things that makes Court to Table different is just how much there is to do.

September’s calendar includes Free Pickleball 101 sessions for people who want to learn the game, Beginner Open Play and Newbie Nights for newer players.

On Tuesdays, Dink Then Dine offers morning open play on the indoor and outdoor courts, while Sports Trivia takes over later that evening.

And pickleball isn’t the only competition happening here. Wednesday nights feature cornhole, giving you another excuse to round up a group of friends and get a little competitive.

In other words, this isn’t necessarily a place where you just show up, eat and leave.

Come to learn pickleball. Meet friends for open play. Stay for dinner. Test your sports knowledge. Play cornhole. Or skip the competition entirely and come hungry.

Now, Let’s Talk Burgers

That brings us to the reason we’re especially excited about Court to Table right now.

They’re officially our first featured participant for DIG Burger Week 2026.

This year, Burger Week runs for nearly two full weeks, from October 19 through October 31, giving Baton Rouge even more time to get out, try participating restaurants and discover a few new favorites along the way.

We’ll be introducing participating restaurants and their Burger Week creations as we get closer to October, so consider Court to Table only the beginning.

And there’s something particularly fitting about starting here.

Burger Week has always been about more than finding a great burger. It’s an excuse to get out, visit local restaurants, bring your friends along and experience places you may not have tried before.

At Court to Table, you can make an entire outing of it.

Play a few games, work up an appetite and then get down to the important part: the burger.
