DIG Restaurant Week is excited to announce our second official signup for Summer Restaurant Week, Cheesecake Bistro by Copeland’s. As a longtime supporter of the Baton Rouge dining community and a returning Restaurant Week participant, Cheesecake Bistro continues to be one of the local restaurants diners look forward to seeing involved year after year.

Known for bringing together Cajun-Creole flavors with a modern bistro atmosphere, Cheesecake Bistro has built a reputation for serving comforting Louisiana favorites alongside warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences. From seafood classics and Southern comfort dishes to their signature cheesecakes, the restaurant has remained a staple in Baton Rouge for years.

This seafood season, guests can enjoy dishes packed with Louisiana flavor including the Sautéed Garlic Shrimp Pasta, Crab & Crawfish Bake, Blackened Catfish, Crabcake & Shrimp Alfredo, and Fried Seafood Platter. Each dish highlights the rich flavors and traditions that continue to make Louisiana cuisine so special.

Cheesecake Bistro is also preparing for Father’s Day with a special brunch buffet featuring slow roasted Prime Rib, brunch favorites, and Louisiana inspired classics. The buffet will be available from 10 AM to 3 PM and offers families the perfect opportunity to celebrate together around great food.
